يسر مؤسسة أديان- قسم الدراسات في التلاقي الثقافي- إعلان بدء المحور الثالث من التنشئة في "الأديان والشأن العام في لبنان" بعنوان: الدين والشأن العامّ وتاريخ لبنان الحديث، حيث سنتناول المواضيع التالية: الدين والسياسة والقانون (المواطنة والطائفيّة؛ التيّارات الدينيّة السياسيّة؛ الدين والقانون: الأحوال الشخصيّة والقانون المدنيّ) – تاريخ لبنان الحديث (الإمارة والمتصرفيّة؛ تاريخ الجمهوريّة اللبنانيّة ودستورها؛ ذاكرة الحرب الأهليّة) – مشغل تحليل المسائل الدينيّة المعاصرة.

People from across Lebanon are invited to join a candlelit vigil to remember all the victims of the collapsed building in Achrafieh, and especially those who were not paid proper respects because they were not Lebanese.
The vigil, held in Fassouh area next to the site of the incident at 6:30pm on Wednesday January 25, is being held to remember people who died because of negligence, and those who have been discriminated against by our racist community, even in their horrifying deaths.
