After the great success of the first Cancer Awareness Village organized by Barbara Nassar Association on February 2019, under the Patronage of the Ministry of Public Health and in collaboration with the Hospitals, Universities and NGOs. We are inviting you to participate in our second Cancer Awareness Village 2020.

The Global Health Institute (GHI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB) is organizing the graduation ceremony “Blue Vest Ceremony” of the Mobile University of Health (MUH). MUH is an innovative initiative of the GHI Academy aimed at building the capacity of women in refugee settings and host communities.

With 30 representatives from many U.S. universities attending, this event is a great opportunity for students to meet face-to-face with recruiters representing hundreds of academic study programs. Students who would like to consider U.S. higher education can learn more about programs and services available at different institutions and financial aid opportunities. During the event, Lebanon Support and forumZFD will present this mapping, as well as the infographic and key findings of the report developed based on the database. The presentation will be followed by a panel intervention of a range of actors from civil society, education, and policy making who will share their insights and experiences on initiatives addressing the past in Lebanon. GIZ ZFD in Lebanon and in collaboration with SALTO-Youth Euromed will be organizing the first Lebanese National Tool Fair "Hit the Road....Break the Code" from 29 June till 1st of July 2018. The tool fair will gather active Facilitators, Trainers, and Activists in Lebanon and will provide them with a space to share a tool they have created/developed under the topic of social cohesion.
