ينفذ المشروع بدعم من مبادرة الشراكة الأميركية الشرق أوسطية وهو يهدف إلى تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للنساء من خلال العمل على جميع المستويات الوطنية والمحلية وعبر مختلف المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الحكومية .
