This virtual event aims to bring together Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) operating in Lebanon to:
1- Share what are different NGOs doing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Lebanon
2- Map what are different NGOs able to offer to the community* during the COVID-19 pandemic through resource mobilization
3- Draft a potential collaborative response plan to the COVID-19 situation through the contribution of different participating NGOs
* Community refers to both Lebanese citizens and refugees of different nationalities.
The Agile Project Management course provides the knowledge and understanding of fundamental Agile values, principles, and practices.
The course will highlight the agile methodologies and their usage. It will cover servant leadership and team composition and will introduce the agile consideration in the PMBOK® guide.
