Innov8 For Public Governance is conceived as a flagship national forum to catalyze the next wave of public-sector transformation in Lebanon and will present the launch of NCEILEBANON launch of its backup services for the public sector in general and OMSAR in particular. The conference will convene senior policymakers, ministry leaders, municipal officials, civil servants, civil-society organizations, academia, private-sector innovators, international partners, and youth entrepreneurs.

Drawing on key findings from CeSSRA’s research (report, policy brief, and infographic), the webinar aims to discuss, on the one hand, how outdated, siloed systems have hindered effective crisis response. In this 3-hour online-session we will focus on our own feelings and needs. We will try to understand what keeps us from addressing the person and why we might not be able to just close this chapter. We can learn how to deal with our emotions involved and get clarity about our needs and next steps. This session can give us insights that make it much easier to approach the other person. Or it might even happen that after this session you don’t feel the need to address the issue with the other person anymore because you have ‘sorted this out’ in yourself.
