Explore your future with us: The main aim of this position is to support the programmes’ team in different tasks related to research, programme development, fieldwork, and bids.
By:
Quality Assurance/Research:
· Support the programmes Team in various reports (inception, final report...) in drafting some of the assigned sections, summarizing information shared, and formatting
· Support in adjusting templates, preparing presentations and other material based on branding guidelines and input from the line manager
· Attend project meetings internally and with partners
· Abide by and follow Qualisus policies including Child Protection and Child Safeguarding, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and Do No Harm among others. Comply with Qualisus data protection and assignment confidentiality protocols.
· Behave in compliance with Qualisus Code of Conduct and Research Ethics when conducting fieldwork and representing Qualisus in the field.
· Attend and actively participate in all debriefing and feedback sessions with Qualisus as requested.
· Additional tasks might be requested based on needs by the line manager

Bid Development:
· Support in the identification and development of bids

Data Collection:
· Support in the fieldwork This includes participating in conducting data collection, transcribing, reviewing the notes and anonymizing the data Uphold regular communication with Qualisus focal point during fieldwork, and highlight any misinformation/lack of information, complaints, or additional feedback from participants.
· Attend training sessions on data collection methods, data collection software (Kobo or other) and the relevant assessment questionnaire.

Qualification

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in development studies, public health, political and social sciences, economics, statistics, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills are required· Good writing skills, able to write reports and briefing papers

Proven experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and desktop publishing software

Proven ability to prepare presentations, and take accurate notes during meetings, workshops, and other group processes

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences in English

Willingness to travel frequently, traveling to remote locations might be needed
