Objectives:

  • Develop a User-Friendly Complaint Mechanism platform: The complaintive aspects of the societies in relation to the humanitarian crisis and indeed even conflict sensitive approach at the present day, these platforms will be developed.
  • Information Sheets: Develop and undertake information sheets to provide a better perspective on the humanitarian crises and the conflict sensitivity approach.
  • Create a Dashboard: Design a dashboard for complaints management system which will include real-time data and analytics tracking and reporting of complaints.

 

Scope of Work:

 

Website Design and Development:

  • Come up with a suitable design for the complaint mechanism.
  • Develop the information sheets putting relevant information and other pictures in place.
  • Develop a complaint tracking and reporting system dashboard.
  • Website should CMS designed

Functionality:

  • The site should be mobile responsive and compatible with most mobile devices.
  • There is a need for secured logins and protection of members data.
  • There is a need to allow use of images, videos and other such information where necessary.
  • The site should support at least 2 languages English and Arabic
  • High Security features

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • The website will undergo a series of testing to ensure one of the objectives of the project i.e. functionality and usability of the website.
  • In testing, cure will also be used to address all the bugs and issues detected.

Training and Support:

  • Provide tutoring for MAAN personnel in utilizing and administrating the website.
  • Provide continuous backstopping and maintenance services.

 

Deliverables:

  • Complaint Mechanism Platform: A complete and operational platform that allows users to submit, view Complaint Mechanism Platform: A fully functional and user-friendly complaint submission system.
  • Information Sheets: Well-designed and informative sheets on the humanitarian crisis and conflict sensitivity.
  • Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard for tracking and reporting complaints, with real-time data and analytics.
  • Training Materials: Training materials and sessions for MAAN staff.
  • Technical Support: Ongoing technical support and maintenance for the website.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in web development, particularly in creating complaint mechanisms and dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and database integration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
