Teachers

Main Duties:

The teacher attends and participates in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care, quality of education, and reporting requirements.

Monitor attendance and follow up closely with the coordinator regarding children who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out, and maintain a record of follow-up actions taken.

Identify and refer child protection and safeguarding cases and threats in accordance with Haqqi awrath Association policies.

Collect necessary data on student progress.

Ensure that all project data records, including attendance sheets, etc., are submitted to the Center Director/Project Manager for assessment, monitoring, and evaluation on time.

Design lesson plans based on the required support.

Monitor student progress based on assessments.

Provide individual support to children when needed.

Ensure safe, secure, and inclusive classrooms that meet the abilities and needs of children (including children with disabilities).

Respect and adhere to Haqi Eurth Association internal policies and procedures, including child protection and the Code of Conduct.

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for all students in the class;  To facilitate active learning experiences.

Establish clear objectives for all learning activities and communicate them.

Teach according to the educational needs, abilities, and individual and group achievements of students.
Provide a variety of educational materials and resources for use in learning activities.
Identify and select a variety of teaching resources and methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and development.
Provide appropriate feedback on work.

Basic Requirements:

A degree in the required teaching subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, English, and Arabic).
At least 3 years of teaching experience.
Ability to work with children with low academic performance.
