This reference book has been prepared within the framework of the NGO Resource and Support Unit, The Unit was established in 2003 and is currently working to build the capacity of NGOs by facilitating their acquisition of resources and the delivery of training programs.

This reference book includes chapters on resources, legal and integral frameworks, and the constitutional structure of NGOs. It aims at contributing to reinforce the role of civil society in the economic and social development of Lebanon.
