GIZ Lebanon is pleased to invite qualified companies who are interested to submit a tender in relation to provision of “Translation and interpretation equipment ” for the SPPSI project .

The vendor is required to provide the following goods. Please refer to attached documents for the detailed specifications / schedule of services of the goods.
Please take into consideration these conditions when submitting :
-All manuals have to be delivered in English.
-Requested warranty time 2 years.
-Prices must be without sales tax since GIZ is exempted from both.
-Please state clearly this exemption in your offer, attached our tax exemption letter for your further use.
-Please quote your prices bearing in mind that a penalty of 1/2 % of the total purchase order sum will be deducted on each delayed week calculated from the due date of delivery.
-Please present your offer in two separate envelops:
1.Technical envelope: should be signed and stamped, includes item specs, company’s registration papers, and company’s profile.
2.Financial, should be in LBP, signed and stamped.
-GIZ has the right to buy in lots.
-Please submit per hand latest by 16.11.2017. during GIZ working hours (8:00-16:00)
-Please note that all payments will be made in Lebanese pounds.
