Operational Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute to the achievement of the Training Unit revenue, margin targets and strategic objectives.
Develop strategies and activities to improve the marketing of external First-Aid courses.
Maximize sales of first aid kits through the timely introduction, development and promotion of products, taking full advantage of market opportunities.
Develop and implement annual market and business plans, and continually monitor performance.
Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate and market LRC’s first aid and public safety messages to the public.
Plan and manage first-aid and marketing events and evaluate their success.
Coordinate with external advertising agency and LRC external communications unit to produce advertising material and campaigns for First-Aid and Public Safety
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Identify sales opportunities through customer profiling, market research, segmentation and gap analysis.
Research and produce customer insight reports in conjunction with the First-Aid Training Manager.
Maximize e-commerce promotional opportunities on the LRC website and via email, in order to drive sales as well as traffic to the website. (if it applies)
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and interim forecasts.
Assist FA Training Manager with other tasks as needed
