Description:
- Ability to conduct assessments and identify child protection, psychosocial, and educational needs
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring case management plans
- Experience in facilitating awareness sessions and engaging with caregivers and communities

- Support data collection and reporting
- Ensure activities follow donor and organizational standards
Main Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of child protection principles, case management, and referral pathways
- Develop detailed schedule to achieve the required sessions within specified timeframes.
- Maintain regular communication with educators to ensure the smooth delivery of sessions.
- Provide daily follow-ups to educators, addressing concerns and providing necessary support.
- Receive and review weekly plans and reports from educators, offering feedback and guidance.
- Monitor daily activities and attendance.
- Follow up with Caregivers regarding absence and dropouts.
- Attend monthly meetings.
- Prepare and send comprehensive monthly report.
- Send the updated data to the M&E department on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the admin regarding the snacks, transportation and material needed.
- Prepare and conduct awareness sessions for the caregivers using the given curricula.
- Identify and refer students with disabilities or any student needs to be referred to a specific service internally or externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Social Work or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Case Management
- Good knowledge of Case Management procedures is required
- Good skills in time management and stress management
- Good knowledge of the Lebanese context and of the relationship between host and refugee communities
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, as well as data management
- Good writing skills in English and Arabic and French
