HOW TO REQUEST
TENDER DOCUMENTS: The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using this LINK and before deadline to download the tender document that is on 01 July 2025 23:00 .
Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in the downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before July 03, 2025, 23:59.
NRC will reply to all registered bidders before July 07, 2025, 16:00.
TENDER SUBMISSION: Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site – the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise your offer will be disqualified.
No submission outside eTB is accepted.
In order to avoid technical problems, please note that you can upload as many files as it is required, but the single file size is limited to 10 MB each, and it is not allowed to upload zip, rar or 7z file. Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded twice.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.[1] If you need to re-submit your offer, please add #2 after Company name and only the latest submission will be considered.
If you do not receive confirmation email, or in case of technical problems, please contact lb.south.procurement@nrc.no
CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 14 July ,2025 at 10:00 AM. eTB system will automatically close therefore all bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
