التواصل اللاعنفي هو طريقة تواصل تعبيرًا واستماعًا ، تساهم في الحفاظ على الروابط الإنسانية بين الأفراد ، حتى في الظروف الصعبة. تم تطويره في سبعينيات القرن الماضي ويستخدم الآن في جميع أنحاء العالم.
