This session will introduce the open source, free platform KoboToolbox (www.kobotoolbox.org) which can be used for online and offline data collection. Kobo ToolBox is built on ODK (Open Data Kit), a suite of tools that allows data collection using mobile devices and data submission to an online server, even without an Internet connection or mobile carrier service at the time of data collection.

The Centre for Lebanese Studies and A. Moise Khayrallah Center for Lebanese Diaspora Studies at North Carolina State University are organizing a workshop on Saturday March 03, 2018 from 09:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m. at the Lebanese American University- Beirut Campus about "Using the Archives in Teaching the History of the Lebanese Diaspora".
