Zati Lebanon Association participated in an EU-supported partnership-building event in Finland, organized with the Finnish National Agency for Education. The gathering brought together 25 participants from different countries and national and regional NGOs to exchange experiences, share inclusive practices, and explore future collaborations. For ZLA, the event was an opportunity to present its work in autism inclusion, mental health, psychosocial support, and community-based programming in Lebanon, while building new partnerships to support more inclusive and accessible initiatives for...

تدخل تربوي-سلوكي (مع فريق متعدد التخصصات) للاطفال ذوي الاعاقة . خطط فردية تقوم على ثلاث ركائز اساسية: المدرسة(شروط التعليم) الاهل(المتابعة اليومية) و خدمات تنمية مهارات (بناء خطة التدخل الفردي)

This project “Transferring (Feet) Head Heart Hands Youth Methodology to (Middle) East” (THYME) is focusing on global citizenship and its education, democracy, and sustainable development. That goes in line also with European Youth Goals. THYME aims at developing the awareness of youth as global citizens, and enabling them to explore how can they influence a local community to be more sustainable. Their local community will be their point of departure to explore can it be smarter and more sustainable.

In this 4-hour online session you can learn about preparing and facilitating a dialogue between two people, helping them to really listen to and understand each other and identifying actions they can take. You will learn how to prepare yourself so you can be equally supporting both sides, and to create a safe space for them to have a dialogue that is not about blame and defensiveness, but about really understanding the needs of both. You will have the opportunity to practice your new learned skills and to reflect on challenges you might have faced when you tried to facilitate or mediate before...

As part of The Socio-Economic Justice Initiative-MAAN strategy to build the accountability and citizen engagement culture, MAAN will develop and implement an “Activist Academy”. MAAN will outreach and select 25 youth between the ages of 18-25 to commit and participate in the citizenship building sessions. The project aims to catalyze not only the interest amongst youth to engage, but also to capacitate their activism spirit to become more efficient, sustainable and resilient. As a response to the Coronavirus outbreak in Lebanon and in order to mitigate the crisis, we are asking you to join us in the fight! Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Pitchworthy and The Submarine Coworking Space launched Lebanon Health Hack - Online hackathon. This online hackathon will give the lebanese community the opportunity to develop, test and improve solutions to face both public mental health challenges and support the Lebanese healthcare system.

لما كانت النفايات من اهم المشاكل البيئية التي يعاني اليوم منها لبنان بشكل عام وبالاخص مدينة طرابلس والتي تؤثر سلبا على صحة المواطن، وانطلاقا من واجب المواطن في المساهمة في ادارة النفايات المنزلية، تنظّم اللجنة اللبنانية للبيئة والتنمية المستدامة بالتعاون مع بلدية طرابلس وبدعم من منظمة الصحة العالمية حملة توعية لفرز النفايات من المصدر خلال شهر تشرين الاول 2019 .

ARC is a regional non-profit independent organization founded in 1988. ARC’s mission is to build on the capacities of each person and on people’s experience in order to develop knowledge and translate rights into reality. It adopts a holistic and integrated approach to development and practices collective work through consultation, networking, and partnerships.

Youth Training Bootcamp covering 6 topics, 12 trainers in 1 location. Topics covers: Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, People Management and Body Language. This training is ideal for members who are newly joining the awareness workforce and/or want to be open to taking on activities that include children. This was originally planned as an internal training, but we decided to open it to any interested individuals.
