Sales skills development is a global learning solution that provides participants with confidence and builds their competence in client interactions to help ensure greater sales success – from making effective and structured sales calls, to using the right behaviors, and persuasive techniques, to position and present their products in order to make the sale.
This workshop co-organised by Lebanon Support and the Arab NGO Network for Development aims to place the localisation debate in a longer temporality of global discussions that have shaped international cooperation during the past decades, and at bringing back equal and balanced partnerships at the heart of these discussions, and initiate a process towards the adoption and enactment of a civil society charter in Lebanon.

During the day, you’ll learn how your organisation can increase its outreach through Daleel Madani, enhance collaboration with other civil society actors, and meet the team behind Lebanon Support’s Daleel Madani. The team will also be able to give you some tips and advice on how to maximise your organisation’s visibility and efficiency on Daleel Madani.

During this event, we will launch the third issue of the Civil Society Review*, our peer-reviewed journal, as well as introduce its editorial board. This issue offers insights into the transformation of the “associative sector” in Lebanon and Palestine, a sector generally seen to be at the core of an increasingly active civil society.
“About A War” film produced by Daniele Rugo & Abi Weaver and in collaboration with the Centre for Lebanese Studies and the Lebanese Association for History.
The film explores violence and memory, sectarian divide and sustainable peace in Lebanon told through the stories of ex-fighters from the Lebanese Civil War (1975-1990).
The purpose of the workshop is to provide history teachers with the latest scholarship on the history of Lebanon, latest approaches to history education including archival resources (pedagogy), educational tools for students projects and presentations.
The workshop will include a two weeks training from July 20 till August 03, 2019 and an educational exhibition during Summer 2020
This event constitutes an opportunity for attendees to identify like-minded organisations and conceive potential collaborations, in order to strengthen civil society cooperation and synergies.
