This workshop co-organised by Lebanon Support and the Arab NGO Network for Development aims to place the localisation debate in a longer temporality of global discussions that have shaped international cooperation during the past decades, and at bringing back equal and balanced partnerships at the heart of these discussions, and initiate a process towards the adoption and enactment of a civil society charter in Lebanon.
