الموضوع: المساحات العامة في مدينة بيروت كردّة فعل على عدم تحمّل بلدية بيروت لمسؤولياتها المنصوص عليها قانونًا: بحماية المساحات العامة من حدائق وشواطى عامة وغيرها. بعدم اعتمادها سياسة المشاركة الفاعلة للمجتمع المدني والأهلي وخصوصاً الاخصّائيين المُدُنيّين وسواهم... عليه: يدعوكم "الإئتلاف المدني للحفاظ على المساحات العامة والتنقل الحضري في بيروت" الى إتخاذ موقف إحتجاجي لحث البلدية على العمل وفقًا للقوانين التي تلبّي حاجات و تطلعات السكان والأهالي كما عامة اطياف المجتمع... ولتغيير مقاربة تعاطيها مع مُجمل الملفّات المتعلّقة بالمساحات العامة و لتفعيل مُستدام للنقل المشترك...
Join us for the opening of "Mixed Feelings: Racism and 'Othering' in Lebanon from a Lebanese Perspective", an exhibition using a combination of images and words to highlight the issue of racism in contemporary Lebanon.
The opening will feature an informal discussion with Wadih Al-Asmar, co-founder of the SOLIDA movement (Support of Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily), and CLDH (The Lebanese Center for Human Rights), starting 7 pm.
“Mixed Feelings” will be on exhibition from September 24 until October 1 (excluding Sunday September 28).

سنتين مرت مُنذ وعد رئيس المجلس البلدي بلال حمد أهالي بيروت بفتح الحرش سنتين لزمنا الصمت وأظهرنا كلّ التعاون لاعطاء الفرصة له سنتين منحنا فيها الثقة ولكن "راوح مكانك"، فلا فتح الحرش للعموم ولا صيانة للبنى التحتية ولا تركيب للمواد الصلبة ولا تلزيم لأي شركة…
لذلك ندعوكم نهار السبت في 30 تموز 2014 الساعة الثالثة للتنزّه في حرش بيروت لممارسة حقنا في الملك العام وللتذكير بالقضية.

ماتت كريستال أبو شقرا، وقبلها منال العاصي، وقبلهما فاطمة بكّور، ورولا يعقوب، ومالكة، وآديل، وبغداد، وبثينة، ومنى، وصونيا، ونيليان، وآمنة، ولطيفة... واللائحة تطول بأسماء كان لها وجوه وحيوات ورغبات وأحلام ومخاوف أمست غباراً لحظة قرّر هو ذلك. لحظة قرّر أن يقتلها ولم يردعه أحد.
