This training is open to persons working in the field of aid and development. It offers a space to reflect on the approaches we adopt in the field while considering power dynamics and revisiting the way we really ensure empowerment.

The event is a Panel Discussion in association with Caritas Lebanon and the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development to discuss the Participation of the Non-Governmental Organizations and Institutions in the Execution of the United Nations Sustainable Development Plan.

. The topics are: • Professional Skills Development Program • Automotive Mechanical Technology • Statistician • Elderly/Senior Healthcare • Digital Marketing & Advertisement • Call Centre Operator • Restaurant Wait Staff • Cellular phone Repair

During two full days, using participatory and reflective methods, we will look at ourselves and our own experiences to see how they have shaped us as journalistic and civil society actors. This way, we will find ways to do better documentation and reporting on the topic of migration.

The session focuses on the challenges that CSOs often face in their work within the field of media and communication, focusing on two issues in particular:

تنظم مؤسسة ماجد أبو شرار الاعلامية بتمويل من مؤسسة التعاون دورة صحفية تأسيسية للشباب في المخيمات والتجمعات الفلسطينية في لبنان بعنوان "دليل عملي الى أساسيات الصحافة" تقدمها الصحافية سناء الخوري.

"Be part of the Social Change" an interactive workshop where you will learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and understand the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.

As well you will learn what it needs to become a Social Entrepreneur and the best way to start your own Social enterprise. 

 

2 days workshop, for persons with a journalistic experience and anyone working with refugees and migration, in particular those in communication or documentation, to reflect on your own perspectives, develop better understandings of migration in Lebanon, and find ways to do better reporting on the topic.

This course is targeted for NGOs

The Business Leadership Program introduces participants to various leadership skills and practices. It enables participants to examine the necessity of leadership, the effective tools to employ it, and the means of positively influencing others. The Program differentiates between managers and leaders and notes the significance of each to ensure success.
