The Agile Project Management course provides the knowledge and understanding of fundamental Agile values, principles, and practices. The course will highlight the agile methodologies and their usage. It will cover servant leadership and team composition and will introduce the agile consideration in the PMBOK® guide.

The Global Health Institute (GHI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB) is organizing the graduation ceremony “Blue Vest Ceremony” of the Mobile University of Health (MUH). MUH is an innovative initiative of the GHI Academy aimed at building the capacity of women in refugee settings and host communities.

The aim of the conference is to discuss:

1. Factors of radicalization and the responses of the Lebanese and the Canadian governments in that respect;

2. The question of refugees in Lebanon and the anti-Syrian sentiment as a factor of radicalization;

3. Impacts of programming designed to counter radicalization and improve social cohesion in Lebanon.

This conference will also encourage fruitful exchanges on this global issue and foster cooperation between academics, policy-makers and NGOs.
