In early 2022, JLI launched our first three regional learning hubs, in the Middle East, Syria, and East Africa. Each regional hub has embarked on an individual journey of mapping, networking, engagement, and learning with local actors from the region. This training course aims to strengthen the posture and role of managers to lead their team towards performance objectives while promoting a positive work environment. It will provide them with the methods and tools needed to organise their team, mobilise and develop skills of team members and manage difficult situations. It will also allow them to assume their HR responsibilities in link with the HR function throughout the employee’s cycle.

ضمن إطار تنفيذ مشروع " توطين قرارات المرأة والسالم واألمن (WPS (في لبنان"، تنظم عدل بال حدود بالشراكة مع الشبكة العالمية للنساء صانعات السالم (GNWP ،(وبرعاية وزارة اإلعالم، وبدعم من برنامج عمليات السالم واالستقرار الكندي، مسابقة بعنوان "اإلعالم وقرار مجلس األمن المرتبط بالمرأة والسالم واألمن (WPS " (والتي تستهدف اإلعالميين/ات والصحافيين/ات في وسائل اإلعالم واإلعالن المرئي والمسموع والمكتوب، والعاملين/ات في اإلعالنات والصحافة البديلة (...Instagram, Twitter, Facebook ) وذلك بغية زيادة الوعي حول قرار مجلس األمن 1325 وأجندة المرأة والسالم واألمن، وأهمية المرأة في بناء السالم واستدامته في لبنان.
