تهدف هذه الندوة إلى مناقشة الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحّية في المنطقة من منظور حقوق الإنسان. وستتطرّق إلى مختلف السياقات والتحدّيات المنهجية التي تواجهها بلدان المنطقة في قطاع الصحّة، مع الاطلاع على كيفية الدفع بإنشاء خطة أنظمة رعاية صحّية شاملة للجميع طيلة دورة الحياة.
This virtual event aims to bring together Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) operating in Lebanon to:
1- Share what are different NGOs doing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Lebanon
2- Map what are different NGOs able to offer to the community* during the COVID-19 pandemic through resource mobilization
3- Draft a potential collaborative response plan to the COVID-19 situation through the contribution of different participating NGOs
* Community refers to both Lebanese citizens and refugees of different nationalities.
This workshop co-organised by Lebanon Support and the Arab NGO Network for Development aims to place the localisation debate in a longer temporality of global discussions that have shaped international cooperation during the past decades, and at bringing back equal and balanced partnerships at the heart of these discussions, and initiate a process towards the adoption and enactment of a civil society charter in Lebanon.
