Capacity building is fundamentally about improving effectiveness at personal and organizational levels.The program focuses on the advancement of the civil society in Lebanon and the region.
Participants are provided with working knowledge of managerial, financial, and vast organizational aspects of non-profits in society. Accordingly, two primary disciplines are adopted, the organizational planning for NGOs and the personal dynamics for the team members as agents of change.
