The service of an individual or a team of external consultant is required to conduct an assessment of educational methodology used in the frame of basic literacy and numeracy (BLN) classes and retention support (RS) activities deployed in community centers in Halba, Tripoli, Zahle, Bourj Hammoud, Ghobeiry, Saïda and Nabatiyeh areas, by the association Mouvement Social (MS) through education program supported by UNICEF. The consultant will gather and collect relevant data, as well as lessons learned, to formulate recommendation for a harmonized educational method for both BLN and RS in the perspective of enhancing educational program for all MS centers.
