The governorate of Akkar was one of the least developed governorates prior to the crisis and has received high populations of refugees. The agricultural sector offers one of the major potentials engines for growth, and increased competitiveness in agriculture is deemed to offer the highest potential for improved resilience among the host and refugee community, while also tackling food security and improving social cohesion between communities.
Under the funding of BMZ/WHH and in collaboration with LARI, building capacity of Agriculture teams for better productivity and handling of responsibilities Concern intends to conduct 6 days training workshop.
Work scope:
Concern invites interested training consultancy companies with minimum of 3-5 years training experience in office management, Microsoft office, leadership and communication skills to participate in this call.
Over 6 days, 22 participants will receive orientation on soft skills and technical skills with joint collaboration of Concern Livelihoods Program. Out of 6 days, consultancy company will be responsible to impart trainings to 22 – 10 participants.
Selection Criteria:
Training company with n adequate training room equiped with IT needs will be given preference. Training venue must be based in Tripoli or Halba. Training company must have experienced trainers (CV/s must be submitted) Training company must have a proven work experience of 3-5 years. Training company should be able to provide space for breaks, group activities, presentation. Detailed training agenda/session plan can also be attached with the submission.
