TENDER NOTICE Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-government international organization that provides humanitarian and development assistance in Lebanon since 1993. Mercy Corps Lebanon invites sealed bids from eligible companies/parties for Provision of Plastic Waste Bins to Bekaa area – Lebanon.
