The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: - ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th-9th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Beirut Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender”. Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents. - A pre-bidding site visit and information session will be organized on 06/07/2015 (July 6th 2015)at the reservoir construction site in Ghazir. Attendance at this session must be confirmed by email to ACTED by 03/07/2015 (July 3rd 2015) by COB at the following addresses: lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. All bids must be submitted before on 14/07/2015 (July, 14th 2015)at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. A tender opening session will take place on 15/07/2015 (July, 15th 2015) at 5:00 pm (Lebanon time) in the ACTED representative office in Echmoun Bldg, 8th-9th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Beirut.
