DOT’s vision is to make these opportunities available to marginalized people, especially women and youth, as a strategy to eradicate poverty, vulnerability and gender inequality. Introduction of the project: DOT Lebanon was awarded a contract with UNICEF to build the digital skills of 3,700 youth scattered in 14 different locations in Lebanon. The youth enrolled in a course will be visiting a center 3 times a week for 3 hours every time for a period of 18 sessions (or 18 times). Interested Transportation Companies providing Rental Vehicle Services who meet the minimum requirements of Valid registered safe vehicle(s) with a passenger capacity of 25 (minimum) Valid registered driver(s) Valid liability insurance Proven experience and logistical capabilities are invited to respond to this proposal in full or in part. The full proposal includes all locations for the duration of the service delivery term, a part is considered to be one or more regional/governorate for the duration of the service delivery term.
