Management Systems International (MSI) is a key partner in the Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement (QITABI) project, which is led by World Learning and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). QITABI combines crisis response and development to expand equitable access to education and improve learning outcomes for children. You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the attached RFP, which seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide data collection services in Lebanon. The deadline for submitting proposals under RFP No. 609100.01.16.003.RFP is February 8, 2016, and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFP is January 27, 2016.
