World Learning: Letter Of Interest For Educational E-Content Materials

Letter of Interest World Learning Inc. (WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Improvement (QITABI) Project, in-collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) is conducting a market study leading into procurement of educational e-content materials for all subject matters (including Arabic) targeted to around 500 Public schools and 3000 classrooms Grades 1 to 6 with special emphasis on e-content approved by the Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD). For this purpose, WL invites expression of interest (EOI) from reputed firms/publishers for supplying educational e-content by sending an email to: procurement@qitabi.org by August 12, 2016 in order to receive the needed forms. Firms/publishers are requested to submit the e-content submission forms by August 19, 2016.
