Ruwad Houkouk FR is a non-profit and apolitical NGO that aims at enhancing the human rights of marginalized groups in Lebanon. Its main programs focus on asylum and statelessness. Ruwad Houkouk FR, is working toward: 1) promoting the protection of stateless person by advocating for legal reforms and enactment of a comprehensive Nationality law, and modernizing the Personal Status Records law, and initiating a new law on Personal Status; 2) Strengthening access to justice for the refugees and stateless community living in remote rural areas. Both components complement each other and should lead to improve the humanitarian aspects of this population in terms of right to identity and to basic fundamental rights such as education, health, and work. Address Office location: Badaro Street Area: Badaro City: Beirut Ruwad El Houkouk is looking for a documentary maker to shoot and edit 3 documentaries with a duration of no longer than 1:30min each focusing on statelessness in Lebanon. Interested parties should send a quotation for the 3 documentaries and the successful candidate would be required to make visits to our Badaro office for the purpose of reviewing the work on a weekly basis. The successful candidate would have 6 weeks to shoot , edit and deliver the documentaries which will cover the subject of statelessness in Lebanon.
