CONTRACT The purpose of this procedure is to provide all bases of Intersos Lebanon Mission (Beirut, Zahle and Tyr) with a car rental service. Intersos will award one framework agreement with a maximum spendable value of 550,000.00 USD. 7. SELECTION CRITERTIA Economic, financial, technical and professional capacity of tenderers. 8. AWARDING CRITERIA Price, after verification of technical compliance with minimum requirements. 9. Any tender received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Tenders will be opened on Friday, 23th January 2017, at 02.00 pm.
