In Lebanon, arche noVa e.V. is currently working on strengthening the resilience of local Syrian and Lebanese groups by improved access to clean drinking water, improved hygiene conditions through a community- based conflict sensitive approach. arche noVa e.V. currently through its local partners Tankamel Sawa and DPNA is implementing rehabilitation projects in North Lebanon region in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector and herewith invite you to submit a bit to this call for tenders under the following reference number: AN/ITB LB/2016/01/004 Interested parties may participate in the tender by collecting the tender documents in soft copy as a CD between 15 and 25 November during office hours from 8AM until 5 PMat the following address: arche noVa/ Tankamel Sawa Office Kobayat, Akkar Kobayat Main Road Charbel Dib Building Block 2, 1st floor Email address: Lebanon.mission@arche-nova.org Please do not forget to bring a stamp and the registration proof of your company. A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on 21 November for Lot 1 (Joumeh) and 23 November 2016 for Lot 2 and 3 (Dreib and Chekka).The meeting point for the site visit is the Office address, meeting time is 9 AM. Bids must be submitted back in sealed envelopes to the above mentioned address by 25 November 2016, 2PM (Beirut time).All sealed bids should be labelled AN/ITB LB/2016/01/004and“not to be opened before the tender opening session”written in English Please note the following: We will not send the tender documents via Email. Please visit us in our office to collect the CD with all the files in softcopy The evaluationof the tenderers will be based on the following: Experience of the tenderer in similar work (list of similar activities), time of implementation, site visit participation, recommendation letters, company profile, quality of filling out the tender documents, the quality of the submittals etc Financial offers which exceed or underprice the fair market estimated costs will be excluded from further evaluation Offers which exceed or undermatch our estimated time of implementation will be excluded from the tender. The set deadline for finishing the construction work is 31 January.
