Islamic Relief Worldwide – Lebanon Office: Tender Notice – Winterization 2016/2017

Sealed tenders are invited by Islamic Relief Lebanon, for the supply of winterization items for the year 2016/2017. The items included in the tender are food parcels, hygiene kits, gas stoves and fuel stoves, quilts, winter blankets, winter clothes, protection sets, plastic tent cover, mattresses and carpets which on satisfactory services may be extended further. One can apply to one, more than one or all the items in the tender. The quantities in the tender are subject to a change (either an increase or decrease). Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements: Company Registered and has a financial number and VAT number. Flexible in payments. Has a working experience in the requested items. Samples of items will be requested from the shortlisted suppliers only, please do not submit samples unless requested from the procurement department. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank transfer. Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation. Not quotation will be accepted through email, please submit them to the office, sealed and stamped.
