INVITATION TO TENDER 1. Tender Purpose: NRC is seeking to establish for 2016-2017 an LTA (Long Term Agreement) with a company that supplies: Complete Latrines manufactured steel superstructure. Underground Plastic Septic tanks. Manufactured steel support frames for water tanks. Plastic water tanks. 2.
