PUBLICATION OF A NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER Car Rental Services on the Lebanese Territory Location: Beirut Publication reference: TDH IT/LBN/2016/CAR RENT Contracting Authority: In the framework of its work on the Lebanese territory, Fondazione Terre des Hommes Italia ONLUS (TDH IT) has received grants from its donors for the implementation of several humanitarian actions and intends to apply a portion of these grants to payments under a contract for the service of car rental. Description of the contract: The requested service aims at providing TDH IT staff/employees with vehicles in order to implement the activities on the Lebanese territory. Selection and awarding criteria: Price Validity of the offer Time and delivery cost of requested cars Availability of requested cars Availability of additional cars Terms and modality of payment Availability of discount Flexibility for taking and returning cars Franchise in case of accident Availability of 24/7 assistance all over the Lebanese territory Previous experience with NGO Financial and technical standing of the company Submission of full requested documentation before the deadline How to obtain the tender dossier:The tender dossier will be available at TDH IT Logistics and Procurement offices in Furn El Chebbak, Al Maouna Street, El Achkar Building, 4th floor from the 15th till the 24th of February 2016 between 9am and 4pm.
