Mercy Corps invites sealed technical and financial bids from interested parties for the construction of latrines and water points in the Bar Elias - Bekaa. A field visit to the site in question will be held on April 1, 2015 at 11:00 am. Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
