The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing training on Sewing (Tailoring children’s wear).
The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from October 16, 2014 from IRC Offices, opening hours are 9:00 am - 4:00pm.
In Beirut, address: located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye. Contact person for RFP collection is Ali Atallah.
In Akkar, address: located at at Jean Diab building, Plot # 6 AlZwareib, 1st floor, Halba Main Road- next to Bank Med- same Building as boderm, Halba.
The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Proposal Training on Sewing (Tailoring children’s wear)." and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on October 23, 2014. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
