Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Provision of Waste Collection Materials The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a quotation for providing and distributing waste collection materials, including, but not limited to: * 434 medium size plastic garbage bins * 72 trash pickers, trolleys, dust pans and similar * 72 uniforms, masks, golves and similar The RFQ with detailed requirements can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from June 27, 2014. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Waste Collection Materials - IRC" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on July 7, 2014. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
