Rfq For Environmental Assessment Services

The Lebanon Civic Support Initiative (LCSI) Project is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Lebanon. LCSI provides grants to a variety of institutions, including international and Lebanese NGOs, community based organizations, governmental entities, or informal groups, to implement project activities. LCSI is seeking quotations from qualified firms for as-needed provision of environmental assessment services, including environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and trainings. Firms must have an expert knowledge of USAID and Lebanese environmental regulations, including experience providing environmental consultancy services to USAID programs in Lebanon. Additionally, personnel proposed must have a minimum of 10 years' experience conducting EIAs and fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
