To learn more visit www.tripolientrepreneurs.org   About the Role: Responsibilities: Main duties include but are not limited to the following: Assist Programs Manager in all his/her responsibilities managing all of TEC Programs, namely a- Startup Seeds (http://www.tripolientrepreneurs.org/startups-seeds-2017)            b- Startup Skills (http://www.tripolientrepreneurs.org/news-programs/startup-skills-program)            c- TEC Community Development (http://www.tripolientrepreneurs.org/community)            d- Junior Entrepreneurs Cluster - Affiliation Program Assist in Developing methods to ensure program objectives are being met Ensure community development through reaching out to potential TEC members Develop and Follow up on programs action plan activities Follow up with partners, trainers and mentors Communicate and coordinate with all Programs stakeholders   Plan and coordinate programs events with the Logistics Officer Manage programs events on site Assist in reporting  Requirements- University Education preferrably in a relevant field- Very good command of Arabic and English, verbal and written- Initiator & Proactive, Community oriented, and entrepreneurship Enthusiast- Able to work independently and flexibly, as well as cooperatively as part of a team- Able to demonstrate good people skills and communication skills- Able to demonstrate good time management and commitment to deadlines- Strong affiliation to Tripoli and interest in the vision/mission of TEC
