Best practices for Post-Harvest Management Workshop: Covering the correct and most applicable collection techniques, storage methods, and utilization of produce. These trainings will be provided to farmers with the intent that they are better able to oversee and manage the post-harvest collections carried out on their lands. Integrated Pest Management and Crop Diversification Practices Workshop: Covering natural approaches to pest management, management and use of low toxicity pesticides (and pesticides available on the local markets), benefits of natural plant based pest deterrents, biological crop management, chemical crop management, mechanical crop management, mulching & compositing practices, converting mono-culture plots into productive poly-culture plots without impacting productivity, etc. This specific training component will be tailored to suit the needs existing with different target farmer groups in order to ensure that relevant and targeted training is provided to each different group. Session Duration: 1-2 hours/session ; 8 sessions each workshop
