Minimum required knowledge & experience:
Technical vocational training/school
2 - 3 years work experience in similar function
Good knowledge of spoken English
Good experience in plumbing, electricity and carpentry
Capacity to work independently
Responsibilities and tasks:
Handles the daily maintenance requests of ICRC offices and apartments.
Ensures a preventive maintenance plan for the ICRC premises.
Makes sure all the generator, electricity and water installations are set when renting new apartments.
Willing to work after duty hours if necessary.
Supervises ICRC cleaning ladies.
Establishes an accurate list of the equipment to be maintained.
Provides monthly report about action taken.
Handles the installation works of spare parts.
