  Graphic Designer   Short-term Assignment   Background   Social Impact is executing the USAID/Lebanon funded Performance Management and Support Program for Lebanon (PMSPL II). PMSPL II is guided by and supplements USAID/Lebanon’s activities. Activities supplemented by PMSPL II include development outreach and communication (DOC) activities. PMSPL II is now recruiting a Freelance Graphic Designer to support DOC activities. The terms of reference for this short-term assignment are provided below. Duties and Responsibilities The Freelance Graphic Designer will be responsible for: Concept creation and development for USAID Lebanon applying USAID colors and branding guidelines Layout and designing 10 A3 posters covering the different sectors USAID Lebanon is involved in (Education, Water, Agriculture etc….) and a roll-up banner* Handle all necessary amendments and apply changes as discussed with USAID Lebanon and in line the approved concept and branding guidelines Provide photo editing service when applicable Prepare files for external printers and advise on printing technical specs required    Finalize design production and printing with external printers and in coordination with USAID Lebanon *Photos will be provided from USAID Lebanon library Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design Excellent skills in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop 3 years experience, experience working with international donors/ civil society organizations /development sector is a plus Creative, innovative and ability in adopt USAID branding guidelines Strong Communication skills Proven experience of graphic production from design to printing and color management
