Computer Teacher - Nabaa

Job purpose: The typical responsibilities of the teacher include teaching, participant management, administrative tasks and extracurricular activities, He/ she plans, organizes and implements an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages participants to develop and fulfill their academic potential.                                                Duties and responsibilities: A teacher duties and responsibilities may include the following: Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all participants in the class; in order to facilitate active learning experiences. Developing schemes of work and lesson plans on a daily basis. Establishing and communicating clear objectives for all learning activities. Preparing classroom for class activities. Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual participants and groups. Providing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities. Identifying and selecting different instructional resources and methods to meet participants' varying needs. Observing and evaluating participants' performance and development. Providing appropriate feedback on work. Encouraging, monitoring and promoting the general progress and wellbeing of individual participants. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of one’s participants. Managing participant behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures. Performing certain pastoral duties including participant support, counseling participants with academic and behavior problems and providing participant encouragement. Participating in institute, teachers meetings and workshops. Communicating necessary information regularly and regarding participant's progress and needs. Registering and monitoring the attendance of participants under one’s care.   Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience 2 years. Has an excellent experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …) Excellent experience access to using internet browser, mailing, … Good in reading, speaking, & writing English. Knowledge in computer Terminology for 2 languages (Arabic & English) Willingness to work with multi nationalities Have an outgoing and caring personality. Self-motivator Be a team worker. Ability to multitask. Critical thinking (verbal and written critical thinking). Stress tolerance. Flexibility and adaptability. Communication skills. Attention to details.
