Case Management Coordinator (Cmc-Tdh It-Nb-009)

Major Responsibilities: Provide technical advice on cases and psychosocial support to caseworkers/ and supervisors, Ensuring the full compliance with the internal case management system, SOPs, referral mechanism and CM process, Support individual cases where required and provide regular monitoring of all aspects of case management services, Ensuring the full compliance with the Practical Guidance for Child Protection Case Management Services in the Emergency Response, Interagency Guidelines for Case Management and Child Protection, National SOPs, Alternative Care in Emergencies (ACE) and Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS), Facilitate and attend case conferences for complex cases. Ensure case conferences are called involving relevant stakeholders, In coordination with the CP expert, organize and provide the training to staff Provide on job coaching and training to CM team, Provide individual and group supervision, Coordinates and collaborates closely with the CP Expert, To comply with the TDH IT Code of Conduct and Visibility Standards; Any other duties relating to the nature of the job.   Qualification and Experience:  Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and in response to changing needs. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with humanitarian organizations in relevant position. Proven experience in Child Protection Ability to plan well, set own targets and meet them.
