Team Assistant

Major Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure that department operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner; Ensure that all relevant sheets are prepared for trainings, awareness raising sessions, psychosocial activities and any other team activities; Execute Data Entry related to beneficiaries and team activities including pre-posts tests and other monitoring tools as required; Take necessary measures to ensure data compilation including calculations,  collection of attendance sheets, pre-post tests, training and activity evaluation sheets and other on Excel and other software; Translation of simple texts, when needed; Prepare simple narrative section for flyers, fact sheets based on data collected when required; Maintain an efficient office filing management system related to monitoring, evaluation and reporting on activities of the programs; When conducting training or any other program activities, prepare all necessary requirements and be present in order to provide direct support   Other Collaborate closely with members of the Protection team providing support to the Team Leaders and Coordinator   Key Working Relationships:   Position Reports to:  CP/SGBV/Community Outreach Team Leaders Indirect Reporting: Unit Manager, Protection Coordinator Other Internal and/or external contacts: Internal: other members of the Protection program in the field   External: local partner   Job Requirements: Qualifications: University degree or equivalent experience in international development, social sciences statistics or a discipline relevant to administrative work One to two years’ experience in administrative work, social science research, or a relevant field.   Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:    Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business management, public health, or any other related discipline; A demonstrated commitment to working in a client-centered environment; Experience working in and an understanding of the nonprofit sector and/or an association setting preferred; Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills; Good understanding of the project cycle and team work; Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high quality work; Emotional maturity and agility in working in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility, positive approach, willingness to take on a range of tasks to support team activities. Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in utilization of databases, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint in particular. Demonstrated understanding of emergency response activities; Experience working on donor-funded projects is highly desirable; Strong sense of personal integrity and understanding of confidentiality and ethics
