Job Summary                     The purpose of the role is to provide accurate and timely administrative support to the programme and operations teams and to ensure that administrative tasks concerning the team are managed appropriately. The role will encompass a range of tasks that will require skills in prioritising and managing competing demands from a variety of clients.  It is possible that the post-holder will be privy to private and sensitive information and will need to be able to maintain confidentiality.    Duties and Responsibilities   1.  File and documentation management Maintain a hard copy of the HR office filing system. Scanning Medical records and documents and keep the medical claims tracker updated. Maintain an updated contact list Scan photos and liaise with the printing company to prepare IDs as requested by the Admin/HR Manager. Prepare new comers files and make sure it includes all the needed documents. Responsible of the filing of the physical leaves requests. Daily dissemination of stationary as per the request of the staff. 2.  Event management and hospitality Ensure refreshments are available for office visitors and guests Assist in the preparation for the written test and interviews and make sure the venues are clean and tidy. 3.     Supervising Supervising the Cleaners work in the offices       4.   Payments  a)   Prepare monthly payments for Hotel   Skills, Qualifications, Experience and Attitude Required Education: Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor) or equivalent Field of study: Fields such as Human Resources, business administration or management    Qualifications: Enthusiastic about the role of Internship and ready to learn; Good oral and written communications skills in English and Arabic; Internet proficiency as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; Applicants are expected to adapt to an international, multicultural and multilingual environment. Applicants should show initiative and flexibility. Conditions of service: The Intern will not be considered in any respect as being a staff member of Concern. In this regard, the assignments under the Internship do not carry expectation of conversion to any other type of contract or appointment.
