Embroidery Vocational Teacher

First Step Together Association is looking for a Hand Emroidery Vocational Teacher to work within a projcect under the AFKAR III program, funded by the EU and managed by OMSAR: Inspire, Emopower, Transform - “Increasing Resilience of Disadvantaged Communities in North Lebanon.” Responsibilities: To develop a hand emroidery curriculum, comprised of 40 hours of training, in order to help prepare children/youth (with a special focus on children/youth with special needs) and vulnerable women to open their personal business. To propoerly train and supervise students. To develope weeky lesson plans. To writes reports of each session of vocational training. Skills: Follows FISTA center policies and by laws Believes in concepts of human rights Poses excellent communication skills Has exceptional embroidery skills, with years of working experiece. Experience in working with vulnerable women and children/youth with special needs. Ability to work with patients from different backgrounds (cultural, ethnic….) Ability to fill-out record/report sheets
